Each cover is 20 feet wide, 50 to 60 feet long, and 14 feet high: tall and long enough to shelter even big-rig setups end to end. A covered site keeps your rig cooler in summer and protected from East Texas sun, rain, and hail year-round.

Monthly rates range from $450 to $790 depending on the site tier, posted openly on our Rates & Reservations page, with no hidden fees.
Packages are fine. However we do not provide a mail service. Mail should not be forwarded to the park.
We accommodate most RVs, from small travel trailers to large motorhomes. If you have a unique setup, give us a call, and we’ll confirm if we have a suitable space.
We’re just a short drive from downtown Tyler, making it easy to enjoy local restaurants, shopping, and events while staying in a peaceful RV community.
