- Premium Plus sites: everything above, plus a private carport and storage shed.
- Covered sites: protected by a custom RV cover (20 feet wide, 50 to 60 feet long, 14 feet high) that clears tall rigs and keeps yours cooler in summer and shielded from East Texas sun, rain, and hail. A rare feature in this area, and these carry a waitlist.
- Elite sites: the most private, comfortable way to live long-term: a private fenced yard, storage building, and two-car carport, with select sites offering lake views.
- Elite Covered sites: the best we offer, combining a full RV cover with the fenced yard, storage, and carport.
