The sites were spacious, easy to access, and very well maintained, making the stay comfortable and stress-free. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything needed. The property felt safe, quiet, and beautifully cared for, with everything thoughtfully organized for travelers. The location was convenient and close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The sites are large and well spaced, and it’s just a few minutes from grocery stores and everything you need. Perfect for both overnight stays and long-term living. The pull-through sites are easy to get in and out of, and the long-term sites are impressive — many have covered RV parking, fenced yards, and even storage. The pool and bathrooms are some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and the whole park feels safe, well cared for, and peaceful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, quiet place to stay near Longview.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a FANTASTIC facility. CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. Don’t let the thought of long term rentals deter you. The sites are very well kept and it’s definitely not a “trailer park” atmosphere with junk all over. The bath houses are meticulously kept as is the laundry with ample washers and dryers. The staff is top notch - very friendly and helpful with area recommendations for dining and activities. A local baker comes with bread and fresh eggs for sale. Small, reasonably priced, RV accessory department if you forgot an essential item or something breaks during your stay.  We also saw a mobile RV tech help a few people. Bish’s RV is close by in Longview as well. We stayed a week for a home finding trip and loved every minute at the park. The facility has two very clean dog parks so our big dogs got to stretch their legs. The facility has a small fishing pond with ducks, and a fenced pool for resident use.  Also available are covered sites and cute fenced yards for those needing a month to month stay for work or snow-birding. The park is near a road but offset enough that road noise was not an issue for us. We will be back to for another stay as we close on our new home in the area. We HIGHLY recommend this park!
